Better Business Bureau victory
After recently switching to the iPhone, I had difficulties canceling my account with Sprint. Sprint insisted that I can only cancel on billing dates, which seems to simply be a way to milk more money from loyal customers. I was unable to get a satisfactory resolution via multiple calls to customer service, so I took my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. Only after this effort was I finally able to get Sprint to refund me for the few weeks that I wasn’t using their service.

I am happy with the resolution, but wish I didn’t have to invest so much time into getting what amounts to about $120 refund.
